Payment methods

1) Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card
It is possible to pay securely with any card. The transaction takes place through the PayPal circuit.
Your card details are in no case stored in our computer systems, we only receive the debit authorization in order to complete the order.

2) PayPal
Payment can be made via a PayPal account.
PayPal is the world leader in online payments, in a safe and secure way.

3) Bank transfer
Bank transfer upon completion of the order, a summary email is sent to the customer containing the data to make the transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of the transfer (on average 2-3 working days).

Shipping and delivery

Carot One guarantees delivery in 48 hours worldwide for orders placed from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded) from receipt of payment. The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase. All shipments depart from Italy.


Complaints and damaged package

Any form of complaint must be made within 2 calendar days of receipt of the package, in order to allow a quick and correct investigation of the incident. Complaints received after this period will not be handled. In the case of damaged or tampered packages, the customer is required to accept the package “with reserve”, to check in the presence of the courier that the content is not damaged or missing and then to refuse or accept the package. The customer who accepts the package intended for himself implicitly declares his responsibility for the goodness of the content and exonerates from any responsibility – automatically and by law – both the sender and the carrier. We therefore ask our customers to pay the utmost attention to the time of delivery and to contact us promptly in case of problems, to solve them together.


Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

On this site the laws in force regarding the Consumer Code for the protection of consumers’ rights are applied as per D. L. 6/9/2005 n.206 The right of withdrawal is reserved for private customers only, it is not provided for those who purchase with a VAT number. The right of withdrawal is excluded for products belonging to the “cosmetic” product category, as they are extremely perishable, sold on this site in any section and with any commercial name or advertising communication formula. You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In order for the right of withdrawal to be granted, the product or products to be returned must be intact, unused, complete with packaging and packaging, coupons and all additional, decorative or support elements that may be accompanied by them. To initiate the withdrawal procedure, you must promptly communicate your will by email to the email address info@carotone.it The request must specify the reference order number, the subject of the withdrawal, a frequently used email address to which the response and the relevant information will be sent. Once the right of withdrawal has been granted, the return must be made in a single solution with a traceable shipping method and is fully charged to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the goods or goods subject to withdrawal during the period of redelivery for eventualities such as theft, damage or loss, and is therefore invited to prefer – in his own interest – a traceable or insured type of shipment.

The return shipment is to be made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation via email from the Carot One website. The returned product, in any case, must arrive at its destination within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the procedure, it is advisable that the customer uses a fast shipping method.

The refund will be made within 15 calendar days of shipment, by PayPal and will not include the contribution for the management of the shipping service possibly paid by the customer at the time of purchase. If the shipment of the order to which the product or products subject to withdrawal belongs is free (i.e. at the expense of Carot One) for the achievement of the spending threshold that gives the right to this benefit, and the refund of the product or of the returned products constitutes the forfeiture of the ex post facilitation, the amount of the same will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.

Important: it is not possible to issue a refund to a recipient other than that specified in the billing address of the order, who will therefore receive the refund exclusively on the PayPal account (or credit card) from which the payment was made. N.B .: The products sold cannot in any case be “changed”. It is therefore necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal by following the aforementioned instructions and then proceed with a new order.
